I want to enhance your body’s innate ability to heal.
- Sometimes it’s just a matter of providing some missing nutrients or removing some irritating foods or habits.
- Other times, the body’s healing abilities are compromised, and much more support is needed.
- Either way, I emphasize recommendations that promote the greatest health with the least risk of harm.
I want to empower you with knowledge and tools.
- Symptoms can be confusing, both when they are persistent and when they fluctuating.
- Usually it’s more than one thing that’s causing an imbalance, such as accumulated stress, dietary irritants or nutrient deficiencies, lifestyle mismatches, infections or environmental exposures, familial patterns and/or personal history.
- My goal is to help you figure out which factors are most influential, and give you the tools to address them.
